Compensation & Claims Policy

We resolve service issues with a fair, documented, and customer-focused process that prioritizes transparency.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all laundry, dry-cleaning, and related pickup and delivery services provided by Happy House Laundry.

2. Claim Submission

To ensure prompt processing, claims should be submitted within 24 hours after delivery and include:

  • Order number or delivery details.
  • Description of the issue.
  • Photos or evidence when available.

3. Investigation Process

We review each claim using order records, condition notes, handling logs, and internal quality checks. Our team will communicate the result and proposed resolution after assessment.

4. Resolution Options

Depending on case findings, we may provide one or more of the following remedies:

  • Free rewash or reprocessing.
  • Service credit for future orders.
  • Partial compensation based on documented damage and policy criteria.
  • Another mutually agreed solution.

5. Exclusions

Compensation may not apply to normal wear and tear, pre-existing defects, and undocumented high-risk garment conditions not disclosed before processing.
